Technical Writing

In 1999 Elaine participated in a writing project developing an on-line book on Y2K issues targeted for the non-technical PC user. The book is called, "Y2K Run to Save Your PC from the Year 2000 Bug," and was being distributed by HardShell Word Factory as an on-line book. It was also available on a CD. On-line books have the advantage of being able to easily direct the reader to important information on the internet with simple hyperlinks.

Marvin has authored over twenty-five published technical papers in the areas of mathematics and computer science. Both Marvin and Elaine have ten years of government service and have authored many technical reports.
